4 CUSTOMERS WIN ONE MILLION EACH IN THE ONGOING PURE BLISS “60 MILLIONAIRES IN 60 DAYS PROMO”!

As part of a new promotion to reward consumers for their loyalty, Pure Bliss has rewarded 4 consumers one million naira each in its ongoing ‘60 Millionaires In 60 Days Promo’, held in Lagos and Kano States on Friday, July 14th, 2023.

The company has announced that soon, an additional 56 individuals will become millionaires.

The second edition of the ongoing promotion in Nigeria has already produced four lucky winners who have been rewarded. These winners are Tunbosun Folarin, a Project Manager from Ogun State; Ayanboye Temitope, a businesswoman residing in Ikorodu, Lagos State; Pauline Godfrey, a Fashion Designer living in Nassarawa; and Abubakar Muhammed, a Trader from Kano State. These four individuals are the first verified winners in the current promo.

Ayanboye Temitope, the winner from Ikorodu, Lagos, shared her disbelief and astonishment upon receiving an instant SMS notification informing her that she had won One Million Naira. Temitope recounted her decision to participate in the promo after noticing the new design on the Pure Bliss biscuit pack, encouraged by her neighbor’s account of people winning airtime. Temitope purchased two packs, one of which had a “TRY AGAIN” message, while the other contained a code. Following the instructions on the pack, she received an SMS stating that she had won One Million Naira. Despite her initial skepticism and disappointment over not receiving instant airtime, she received a call from Pure Bliss confirming her win. Temitope expressed her gratitude and belief in the promotion.

Pauline Godfrey, a Million Naira Winner from Nasarawa State, expressed her joy at receiving the prompt reward, recognizing its potential to alleviate some economic challenges. Godfrey initially doubted her chances of winning such a prize in the current economy, but now feels elated and eager to share her success with others.

Tunbosun Folarin, another Million Naira winner residing in Ogun State, credited his children for participating in the promo. Folarin revealed that on the day he won, he ate the last Pure Bliss wafers meant for his kids before dinner. Upon opening the pack, he found a code and decided to give it a try. He expressed his happiness and intentions to use some of the money for his wife’s business, emphasizing that his kids would also benefit from Pure Bliss.

The winners received their respective One Million Naira checks in Lagos and Kano States from the Pure Bliss Team and representatives from the NLRC, FCCPC, and LSLGA. The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA), represented by Kemi Adebiyi, the Senior Legal Officer, endorsed the promotion, assuring Nigerians of its compliance with regulatory requirements. Adebiyi commended the organization for its transparency in selecting winners and encouraged more people to participate with confidence.

Susie Onwuka, the Head of the Lagos Office at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), also attended the check presentation and praised Ok Foods, the producer of Pure Bliss, for their remarkable initiative.

During the Cash Prize Presentation, Bukola Yusuph, Brand Manager of Pure Bliss, emphasized the brand’s commitment to satisfying consumers with delicious and high-quality products, as well as rewarding them. Yusuph highlighted that running the largest promotion within the biscuit industry, offering instant airtime rewards and millions in cash prizes, aligns with their brand promise and commitment to bliss and upliftment. She mentioned that there are still 56 millionaires to be rewarded and encouraged others to continue participating. The plan is to reward a total of 60 consumers with one million naira each and distribute 30 million naira worth of airtime.

Yusuph reiterated the mechanics of participating in the promo, explaining that consumers need to purchase any Millionaire Promo pack of Pure Bliss Cookies or Wafers. Inside the pack, they will find a unique 7-digit code, which they should text to 8011 using the format: PUREBLISS 1234567 LOCATION (e.g., PUREBLISS 1234567 LAGOS). Consumers will then receive an SMS from 8011 informing them of their prize, which could be either N100 airtime or One Million Naira, as every code guarantees a prize. Yusuph emphasized that this works for all networks.

Officials from the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA), Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), and National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) expressed confidence in the promotion’s credibility and encouraged consumers to participate. They reiterated their commitment to monitoring the promotion to ensure transparency.

The promotion will conclude on August 14th, 2023, or until stocks last.
