inDrive Strengthens B2B Offering Through Team Expansion, Tech Acquisition

 

 

By adding additional products, inDrive, a platform for global mobility and urban services, is enhancing its B2B segment offering. inDrive and freight delivery verticals for couriers.

By increasing the team and acquiring new technological advancements, inDrive will diversify its product offerings. The company recently struck a deal with Master Delivery (MD), a SaaS platform for last-mile delivery. In order to increase its capacity for segment development, the team in charge of worldwide expansion at MD will join inDrive. The deal also includes inDrive acquiring MD’s proprietary technology and incorporating it into its current B2B product line.

The team that is joining inDrive is bringing their knowledge, experience, and innovations that are covered by patent solutions for dispatch algorithms, order batching, and demand prediction. In exchange for the deal, inDrive will receive the MD proprietary technological code, giving the business the freedom to use it any way it sees fit.

In order to better serve the unique requirements of business customers, inDrive is expanding its B2B service. A single business account, a service level agreement (SLA) with an on-time delivery guarantee, a courier management system, consolidated analytics, and other features are among those that the company plans to roll out as part of the initiative. With a variety of solutions geared toward business, inDrive will be able to serve SMEs better and increase opportunities in the market for enterprise-grade delivery, where efficiency, dependability, and quality are essential.
