Speaking at the event, Jay Chukwuemeka, Chairman of the LAIF Awards Management Board, provided insights into the 18th edition of the festival. With over 500 entries from 18 agencies, the creative works underwent evaluation by a panel of 47 jurors to determine the best works deserving of honors.

Chukwuemeka extended congratulations to all nominees and participants, appreciating their commitment to producing creative works that stood out. He also acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the next generation of ideologists in the Young LAIF competition and commended the jury members for their objectivity in decision-making.

A key highlight of the evening was the induction of two distinguished personalities, Director General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria, Dr. Lekan Fadolapo, and Mrs. Nkoli Ogbolu, into the Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF) Awards Hall of Fame.
