Nwabuisi brings a wealth of experience and expertise in marketing, brand management, and communications to his new role, spanning over 15 years. His impressive track record extends throughout his career, where he has consistently made significant contributions to various organizations.
In his most recent position as the General Manager of Media Strategy & Planning at Algorithm Media Ltd., Nwabuisi played a critical role in driving business growth and implementing innovative strategies. Prior to that, he served as the Deputy VP of Marketing at Konga Group Nigeria Limited, overseeing marketing, communications, and brand management.
During his time as the Head of Marketing at Sundry Markets Limited, Nwabuisi successfully coordinated and managed all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. His strategic mindset and creative leadership led to a remarkable 25% growth in the customer base.
At Fidelity Bank Plc, Nwabuisi held multiple roles, including Branch Manager for Marketing. In this position, he achieved notable results, such as reducing operational costs by 25% through effective stock level management and increasing revenue by N20 million. He also implemented a new reporting system that resulted in a 25% increase in risk asset efficiencies.
As the Head of Brand Management and Communications at Fidelity Bank Plc, Nwabuisi played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive bank-wide communication cycle plan to enhance visibility and brand representation. He successfully managed the production of various advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
Nwabuisi’s educational background further supports his expertise in marketing and communications. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from VIU – Universidad Internacional de Valencia and a Master’s degree from Rome Business School in Italy.
