Introduces Consumer Voting Platform for 2023 Brand of the Year
The judging panel, known as the Awards Decision Council (ADC), for the upcoming 2023 Nigerian Marketing Awards®, has unveiled the list of nominees across 19 competitive categories for the event set to take place on November 10, 2023, at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos.
According to Mrs. Iquo Ukoh, Chairperson of the Awards Decision Council, the council was impressed by the caliber of entries received. She expressed her satisfaction with the notable increase in both quantity and quality of submissions, noting a 37% surge compared to the previous year’s submissions. She further highlighted the challenging process the council encountered while selecting the nominees due to the heightened competitiveness within the field.
Ukoh emphasized that the nominees epitomize the best in the industry, playing pivotal roles in shaping the market with their outstanding creative contributions, which have significantly influenced the performance of their respective brands, organizations, and clients.
The winners in each category will be revealed during the Awards Night, commencing at 6:00 pm on November 10 at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos. The event will be live-streamed on various platforms, including Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook.
In a unique twist, the winner of the Brand of the Year 2023 award will be determined by public voting, contrasting the approach for the other 18 categories.
