The 2023 Inspire Aspire Conference, headlined by Interswitch Group, a leading integrated payments and digital commerce company in Africa, and organized by Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG), garnered significant attention within the product community, drawing thousands of participants to its enlightening 4-day product-focused sessions.
This expert-led event, hosted at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, welcomed a diverse audience over the course of four days. It featured compelling product-focused presentations by SVPG Partners, including Marty Cagan, Martina Lauchengco, and Christian Idiodi, all renowned industry veterans.
During a dynamic panel session titled ‘Leading from the Front,’ Princess Edoosagie, Head of Product Leadership and Agile Governance at Interswitch Group, passionately encouraged leaders and employers to proactively empower their teams with the essential tools and experiences needed for success. She stressed the reciprocal responsibility of product professionals in actively nurturing their own growth by seeking opportunities and enhancing their skill sets.
