Knight Frank Introduces Learning Hub for Recent Graduates

Knight Frank, a prominent real estate firm, has officially launched a learning hub as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance professionalism among recent graduates striving to establish themselves in the labor market.

According to a press release, this learning hub is aimed at addressing the issue of knowledge gaps and providing a new dimension to nurturing talent within the real estate industry.

During the unveiling ceremony held in Lagos, Frank Okosun, the Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Knight Frank Nigeria, highlighted concerns expressed by stakeholders within the real estate sector regarding the declining quality of individuals aspiring to build careers as chartered surveyors, valuers, real estate brokers, and other related roles.

Okosun stated, “Knight Frank has developed the academy initiative as a means of giving back to society by helping to bridge the competency gap between recent graduates and the qualifications expected of entry-level professionals in leading estate surveyors and valuer firms.”

He further explained that upon successfully completing the Knight Frank Academy program, beneficiaries will be well-prepared candidates who can readily serve the needs of prominent stakeholders within the real estate industry.
